Refund Policy

Our goal at ChampionsGate Golf Club is that each and every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us at 407-787-4662 or email fthompson@mggi.com.

A Return Authorization (RA) is required on all return items to avoid a 15% restocking fee.

• Merchandise must be returned within 20 days from date of purchase for an exchanged or refund (after receipt of RA#).
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Gift Cards can be redeemed at ChampionsGate Golf Club for merchandise, food and beverage, or green fees. Gift Cards can also be redeemed at One Golf Place, located in the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

Gift cards expire one (1) year after purchase. No refunds can be given for unredeemed balances.
